I recently visited Ammavans Thattukada and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Keto diet options. I ordered the 3 Parotta with Kozhi Porichathu and it was absolutely delicious! The parottas were made with almond flour and were perfectly crispy, and the chicken was tender and flavorful.
