I recently visited The Food Foundry and was pleased to find that they had a great selection of gluten-free meal options. I recently tried Pier ONE - The Monarch and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Keto diet options! Their Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup was especially delicious - perfectly creamy and full of flavor. As someone who follows a Keto diet, I appreciate when restaurants cater to my dietary preferences. I also love how the server was knowledgeable about the diet and could recommend other dishes that were Keto-friendly.
