Hello so I ordered a rajma thali meal around 12.24 am and the delivery time was 30 minutes but it was taking long so I thought let's wait as there would have been some issue still I waited till 1.30 even though after waiting for so long I didn't receive any order. Till 2am i decided to cancel the order and get the refund as I was not getting any updates and who's going to wait all night for order? And in the morning it's showing that they delivered the food by 2.44 am , idk to whom they delivered and my whole money was a waste here. Nobody is going to wait for 3 hours for the order to get delivered. I am so disappointed. And for delivery you need a pin idk why they are showing it's delivered because I didn't gave any pin as I was asleep by then. I really don't want to hear anything just refund my money.

If you have a sweet tooth like me, then BOX8 - Desi Meals is a must-try! Their Ghee Dal Khichdi Meal was simply amazing. The combination of ghee, dal, and khichdi was a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. The presentation of the meal was also top-notch, with colorful toppings that added to the overall taste. I can't wait to explore more of BOX8's dessert options on their menu. Highly recommend for fellow dessert lovers!
