I recently visited Karolbaug Kebabs & Biryanis and tried their Tandoori Combo. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly in the tandoor and had a great blend of spices. The biryani was also flavorful and had a good balance of meat and rice. The biryani was too salty and it did not taste anything like lucknowi biryani. Being from Lucknow myself, I can taste and tell wether the recipe is authentic or it just carries the tag of lucknowi biryani

I recently visited Nandan Biryani and the Matka Mutton Biryani was simply delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced and the meat incredibly tender. Highly recommended!
