I recently tried out Sundaram Idli House and was blown away by their delectable medu vadas. The crispy exterior and soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior were a perfect balance of textures. I recently tried the Shahi Malai Kulfi at Milaf Kulfi and oh my, it was delicious! The rich and creamy texture combined with the perfect level of sweetness made for a delightful treat.
