I recently visited Hotel The Panache and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a variety of vegan options on their menu. I ordered the Vegetable and Paneer Seekh Kabab and it was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were perfectly grilled and the paneer added a nice texture.
