Worst staff management. Queue for billing was like Temple. Billing counter person forcing people to share their mobile.no. and ask for OTP in the name of bill will be shared on mobile no. But secretly enrolling everyone into their some creepy loyalty program which later harasses the customer by spamming the customer with calls and smss.
