Dear Magicpin Team, I'm writing to share a disappointing experience I had while redeeming Magicpin vouchers at the Wow Momos outlet in NSP Mall, Delhi on 10th November 2024 around 9:00 PM. The staff member, Mr. Deepak, initially refused to accept my voucher codes unless I showed all the phones used to claim them, despite having clear snapshots of each voucher. After a lengthy argument, he reluctantly accepted the snapshots. Additionally, my food was not served in the branded Wow Momos box, but on a regular plate, which was unexpected for a dine-in order. I have used Magicpin vouchers at various Wow Momos locations without any issues, and this experience was frustrating and below the expected standard. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to ensure a smoother experience for customers in the future. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Magicpin user.
