I recently tried the Anjeer ice cream at Natural Ice Cream and it was absolutely delicious! As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find a tasty option that fit my dietary preferences. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about their ingredients. I highly recommend Natural Ice Cream for their offerings of Paleo diet options. OMG ?you won’t believe, today i didn’t have milk and sugar to put in my Saffron Tres Leches so i tried it with Naturals Malai Icecream and it turned out to be simply amazing.

*Saffron Tres Leches*

Wet ingredients:
2 tbsp warm water
10/15 Saffron strands
2 scoops natural ice cream
Curd: 1/2 cup
Neutral flavoured Oil: 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract : 1/2 tsp

Dry ingredients:
Maida: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp

Bake in a preheated oven at 180*c for 30-40 mins or until done.

For the Saffron Milk:

- 3 scoops naturals ice cream
- 8-10 strands of saffron
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cream

Holiday season is incomplete without some delicious Carrot Cake and this whole wheat version is a slice of pure happiness❤️❤️❤️
Super simple to make, this recipe is perfect for cozy winter gatherings, making you a fan instantly I have used @naturalicecream in this recipe as they add the perfect flavour making the cake even more delicious

1/2 cup naturals malai icecream
½ cup caster sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup wholewheat flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
1 cup carrot, grated
1 tsp orange zest

Cream cheese frosting-
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup honey/ sweetener of choice

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and grease a 6 inch cake pan with oil and line it with parchment paper.
Bake for 40-45 mins ❤️
