I recently visited Pankaj Bakery and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Strawberry Cake was simply amazing and I was happy to know that it was completely vegan. I recently visited Champaran Handi Express and was delighted to find that they offered a variety of vegan options. Despite their name, their Vegan Dal Makhani and Aloo Gobi were some of the best I've had. I recently ordered lunch from Nashte Wala and I was impressed with their Peanut Poha with Sev. It was delicious and had the perfect balance of flavors.
