My recent visit to Shang Palace at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The Prawns Har Gao Dumplings were simply amazing and stood out among all the other dishes we ordered. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the dumpling skin was delicate yet held together beautifully. The overall presentation of the dish was also impressive.
