I recently tried Pier ONE - The Monarch and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Keto diet options! Their Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup was especially delicious - perfectly creamy and full of flavor. As someone who follows a Keto diet, I appreciate when restaurants cater to my dietary preferences. I also love how the server was knowledgeable about the diet and could recommend other dishes that were Keto-friendly. I recently visited The Food Studio - Kitchen & Bar and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. I tried the Dal Fry and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was also very understanding of my dietary restrictions and took great care in ensuring my meal was gluten-free. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty and safe gluten-free options.
