I recently dined at Hotel Panchratna and was happy to find delicious vegan options. I tried their Veg Hot & Sour Soup and it was simply amazing! The flavors were spot on and I loved the vegetable medley in the soup. The fact that the restaurant offers vegan options makes it a go-to place for me. I recently tried the chicken Thai green curry with steamed rice from Wheel House and it was delicious! As a fan of spicy food, I was pleased to find that the curry had a great level of heat and was full of flavor. The presentation was also impressive, with the vibrant green color of the curry and the perfectly cooked chicken. The steamed rice complimented the dish perfectly and the portion size was just right. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who loves a good spice kick in their food
