I recently tried Salads @ 169 and was thrilled to find that they offer an extensive Keto diet menu. One of my favorites was the Barbeque Paneer Salad, which was packed with flavor and perfectly low in carbs. I couldn't believe how satisfying and filling it was. As someone who follows the Keto diet, I appreciated the attention to detail in the ingredients and their nutritional value.
