I recently tried out ENSO - Sourdough Pizza by Nomad and was blown away by their Sourdough Cherry Tomato Caramelized Onion Burrata Cheese Pizza. It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The combination of sweet and tangy flavors from the cherry tomatoes and caramelized onions, paired with the creamy burrata cheese on top of a delicious sourdough crust was a match made in heaven.
