Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters' Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Homemade Pesto Sauce Croisstata was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was perfectly crisp. Highly recommend for an amazing snack!

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is great for coffee lovers, their Filter paper 01 V60 is of great quality and produces a delicious cup of coffee. They also have re-usable filter for 1-2 cups - perfect for a quick flavorful brew! Highly recommend.
