I recently visited The Momo Co. and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Sweet Chilli Potato dish was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. There are no vegetables, and if there are vegetables they're with peels on, onion was literally cut in half and the carrot wasn't peeled

I recently tried the Subz Kadhai Box at BOX8 - Desi Meals and I must say, as a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste. The vegetable kadhai was packed with flavor and the perfect blend of spices. The option of choosing my preferred spice level was a great touch. I recently tried the Desi Ghee Dal Khichdi Bowl from NH1 Bowls - Highway To North and it was amazing! The use of desi ghee in the khichdi added a rich and authentic flavor.
