I recently visited Nawabeen's Awadhi Restaurant and was delighted to find that they had some delicious vegan options on the menu. The veg sweet corn soup at Caprice in Radisson Lucknow City Center is hands down, one of the best I have ever tasted. The rich, creamy broth was bursting with flavor, and the generous amount of corn added a nice texture to it.
