I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elev8 Book Cafe located in the beautiful Hotel Levana Suites. As a vegan, I always appreciate restaurants with vegan options and Elev8 did not disappoint. I recently had a budget-friendly lunch at Percussion and tried their Veg Manchurian. The portion size was generous and the dish itself was incredibly tasty.
