I recently tried the desserts at New Cathay Restaurant and Bar and I was blown away by the Chicken Salt And Pepper! The combination of savory and sweet was perfect and the presentation was top-notch. As a dessert lover, I am always on the lookout for new places and I highly recommend this spot. The restaurant has a great ambiance and I cannot wait to try more of their offerings. The Chicken Salt And Pepper is a must-try for all dessert lovers out there. Five stars for taste and presentation
