I recently visited Sahu Chai Wala and I have to say, their plain Kulhad Lassi was incredible! It had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, and the serving in a traditional kulhad added to the experience. For someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by their lassi which was not too spicy but still had a nice kick to it.
