I recently had the pleasure of trying the Kesar Pista Kulfi at Nema Gajak Kulfi and I must say, it was delicious! The mixture of saffron and pistachio flavors in this traditional Indian dessert was perfectly balanced and left me wanting more. I recently visited Kulfi House and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of vegan options. The malai kulfi stick was especially delicious, made with plant-based ingredients that mimicked the creamy texture of traditional kulfi.
