I recently visited Sri Lakshmi Narsimha Swamy Cake House and was pleasantly surprised to find Paleo diet options on their menu. Being someone who follows this diet, I was excited to try out their Black Forest Cake and it did not disappoint. One of my worst experience today. If you are unable to deliver the delivery on time, please give an option to cancel it.And if I want to cancel and reorder other order, you are making me to cancel the order without refund. It's not good. You made me to wait for one and half an hour. In customer support also you are mentioning again and again " thanks for your patience", and i don't have patience that's why I contacted customer support.
