I recently had the pleasure of trying the Holi Hungama Box from Veg Daawat by Behrouz and it did not disappoint! As someone who always looks for vegan options on menus, I was delighted to see that this restaurant offers a variety of delicious plant-based meals. I ordered the Holi Hungama Box and it was bursting with flavors and spices. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I also appreciate that the restaurant uses eco-friendly packaging. I recently tried the Dilli Ke Chole Lasagne at Firangi Bake, and as someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was! The combination of traditional Indian flavors in a modern dish was a unique experience. The lasagne noodles were replaced with thinly sliced zucchini, making it a healthier option.
