I recently visited Baker's Castle for a special occasion and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. I tried their White Forest Cake, and it was simply mouth-watering. The texture was light and fluffy, and it had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. I appreciate the effort that the restaurant puts into catering to those with gluten sensitivities. Both Sandwich are good, just the edge of breads are hard (should probably remove that).. Masala Filling in Masala sandwich can be slightly better but overall good sandvich. Slighf scope of improvement but overall satisfactory quality n quantity wise.
