Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is the perfect spot for a quick bite and fast food fix. Their latte was simply divine and definitely hit the spot. As someone who frequently orders snacks and fast food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of their offerings. I had the Roasted Tomatoes,Mozzarella, Homeemade Pesto Sauce Croisstata at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and it was excellent! The flavors were nicely balanced and complemented each other perfectly. Highly recommend!

As part of our mission to bring high-quality, Indian-grown specialty coffee to the world, we made our way to Japan in 2023. ?

Shreyas, a seasoned roaster from our team, was a critical part of this journey. He took on a variety of roles, from organising local pop-ups and understanding the Japanese palate, to overseeing our roastery in Tochigi.

Recently, we sat down with Shreyas to hear about his experience, and we’re excited to share it with you. In this clip, he takes us through what it was like to introduce Indian specialty coffee to a country that gave the world the Pour Over method! ☕️
