Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is the perfect spot for a quick bite and fast food fix. Their latte was simply divine and definitely hit the spot. I had the Roasted Tomatoes,Mozzarella, Homeemade Pesto Sauce Croisstata at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and it was excellent! The flavors were nicely balanced and complemented each other perfectly. Highly recommend!

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters has great Filter Paper 01. The V60 provides a good flavor for 1-2 cups with a pack of 100 pieces. Highly recommend.
