I recently tried the Roomali Roti at this restaurant and I must say, it was delicious! The roti was perfectly thin and had a great texture. The flavors were well-balanced and it paired perfectly with the side dishes. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you ever visit this restaurant. I recently dined at Surya Hotel and Restaurant and I must say, their Butter Stuffed Paratha was simply outstanding! The flaky and buttery layers of the paratha were cooked to perfection, leaving a delicious aftertaste. The combination of the buttery filling with the crispy exterior was a treat for my taste buds.
