"I placed an order today but received the wrong item. When I contacted the store to address the issue, I was met with an unacceptable and negligent response. The store claimed they sent a different item simply because the order value was the same, without my consent. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution—either a replacement with the correct item or a full refund.
