I recently tried the Tofu Rice at Sage & Salt Cafe and it was delicious! The tofu was perfectly cooked and the rice had a great balance of flavors. I appreciate the use of fresh ingredients and the overall presentation of the dish. I highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting the cafe.
