I recently visited Navya's Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free options they had available. I ordered the Dal Bati Choorma, and it was absolutely delicious. The chef had clearly put a lot of effort into making sure it was gluten-free, and it did not sacrifice any taste. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I highly recommend trying this dish.
