What is this? The delivery boy was so rude, so unprofessional and so careless. I want something done about this RIGHT NOW.

The outlet showed me 36 minutes to deliver and the delivery came after 1 hour 15 min. The delivery partner was waiting at the restaurant for more than 25 minutes and they failed to acknowledge the order.
