Hello Chef Vedika, this was not cheese but mayonnaise. Chese even in low quantity would be fine but I can not consume mayonnaise in such high quantity.

Dilli ki yaad aa gai, fluffy and oil free perfect bhatura. Pickle and laccha onion on side was also delicious.

Farsan was not crispy but soft, fryms also smelled oil and were completely soft like they are a month old. Sample was also bland this time. Quantity was good although.
