Firstly they make you wait despite no such extra burden on restaurant. Secondly staff is not very polite, they treat you like you are getting food from them for free. After complaining that your service is not good, even their manager staff is not ready to listen to anyone, I had got an order of Rs. 1500 packed from them in which food items were missing, firstly they would not even receive the call, I was continuously calling them since 10 pm regarding they are not packing the food items properly, then these people were not even picking up the phone, after that when they picked up the phone they said that the kitchen is closed and they disconnected the phone and kept it aside. When I called again and asked them for this thing they said Sir some boy must have picked up the call, I do not know, it means anyone can come to their place and receive customer's call. Here these people will not give you proper service, after that they will not even listen to you. Here even after giving money you will feel like a beggar, either no one is going to listen to you or your complaint is going to go away.
Vanilla flavoured cake tasted like cough syrup. Bread was also very dry.

Chilli potato is just like fried potato
Spring roll is very under cooked
Manchurian is tasteless
Very bad in taste and it took double time to deliver.
