Didn't like the outlet experience at this place
I ordered Chicken Crispy from the app, but unfortunately, the quality of the food was far below my expectations. The chicken was extremely chewy and did not seem fresh at all. It was not soft, unlike the crispy chicken I have enjoyed from other restaurants.
Due to the poor quality of the food, I am unable to consume it and will have to discard the remaining portion. I am requesting a full refund for this order.
