. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order placed through my sister's account. Below are the details of the order and the issues I encountered:

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for the following reasons:
Delayed Delivery: The estimated delivery time was 50 minutes, but I did not receive the food until 11 PM. As a result, the food was cold and unpleasant to eat.
Incorrect Order: I ordered Chicken Fried Rice in the combo, but I received Egg Fried Rice instead, with very few chicken pieces. Additionally, the portion size was noticeably smaller than usual, with the container half-empty upon opening.
Poor Quality: The Chicken Chilli was undercooked, and the chicken pieces appeared to be simply dipped in gravy rather than properly fried. Moreover, the capsicum and onions in the dish were raw, affecting both the texture and taste of the meal.
Given the issues of delayed delivery, incorrect order items, and poor food quality, I kindly request a full refund for this order. I have waited for four days after raising this issue without receiving any response. Upon contacting your helpline, I was informed that no refund would be provided, which I find unfair , cheating and unacceptable given the numerous problems with the order.
