Improve the quality of kulcha. It should be fresh. Bad quality kulchas won't be selected. And reduce the spicyness in the chole.

Nagpuri Saoji was completely offbeat… no resemblance with the original saoji what you get in Nagpur , my bad as I thought at least Mahesh lunch home will do justice to it but even they ended up just adding it to glorify their menu
