This is second time paneer is too hard that means paneer is not fresh at all

Poor packaging it's common sense in parcel bhel all the ingredients to be sent separately but it was mixed and sent make it soft and uneatable even after sending message to the shop owner.
Quantity too less and pieces smaller in size compared to dine in
