OMG ?you won’t believe, today i didn’t have milk and sugar to put in my Saffron Tres Leches so i tried it with Naturals Malai Icecream and it turned out to be simply amazing.

*Saffron Tres Leches*
Wet ingredients:
2 tbsp warm water
10/15 Saffron strands
2 scoops natural ice cream
Curd: 1/2 cup
Neutral flavoured Oil: 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract : 1/2 tsp
Dry ingredients:
Maida: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Bake in a preheated oven at 180*c for 30-40 mins or until done.
For the Saffron Milk:
- 3 scoops naturals ice cream
- 8-10 strands of saffron
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
