Fresh vibes at Beetroot Bistro with salads so good, they might just make it to my resolutions ?

What we tried:
Apple walnut salad, Basil Pesto pasta, Truffle mushroom pizza, and for my non-vegetarian friend a chicken burger!
The drinks: Watermelon Mojito, Guava Mary and the Orange Espresso.
For desserts the Apple pie is a must try ?
