1/2 cup naturals malai icecream
½ cup caster sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup wholewheat flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
1 cup carrot, grated
1 tsp orange zest

Cream cheese frosting-
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup honey/ sweetener of choice

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius and grease a 6 inch cake pan with oil and line it with parchment paper.
Bake for 40-45 mins ❤️
