Six years ago, Taiwang joined Brik Oven as a server. Fast forward to today, and he’s not just serving pizzas — he’s leading as the manager at our newest location at Manyata Tech Park. But his journey doesn’t stop at career growth.

Taiwang’s story is a testament to what hard work, dedication, and the power of community can achieve. Hailing from Nagaland and a proud member of the Konyak tribe, he has not only climbed the ranks at Brik Oven but has also built a home for his family back in his hometown. His success is not just personal but extends to his community. Over the years, Taiwang has brought his friends, his brothers, and other members of his tribe to Brik Oven, expanding our family in ways that go beyond just work — it’s about creating a home for people.
