OMG ? you wont believe, today I didn’t have Cream ? to put in my
Kunafa Rabdi Cups so I tried making it with Malai Ice cream from Naturals and it turned out to be simply amazing. ?

Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup seviyan
2 tbsp milk maid
1/2 litre naturals malai ice cream
1 custard apple
6-7 saffron strands soaked in milk

1. Crush the seviyan and roast them until golden in ghee.
2. Mix milk maid and shape them into little cups using a bowl or cup cake baking dish.
3. Boil ice cream along with custard apple and saffron until thick.
4. Pour the Rabdi into cups and garnish with silver leaves and pistachios.
