Indian cuisine has become established in the world and one of the most popular cuisine as a result of the activities of Indian people.

But in Japan, you might be know or not, "Curry Rice" is considered one of Japan's national dishes and loved by Japanese people of all age.

Currently, there are restaurant specialising in Japanese curry outside Japan, for example, the United States and EVEN India, where curry is original from.

We use curry roux for our homemade curry. Actually, I miss my mother's curry...
