Veg Quasedilla, a most healthy version of Mexican food. Mixed veggies seasoned and sauted a bit to retain the crunchiness, filled in a soft shell tortilla (I think it was made with wheat flour or combination of wheat & Maida) was served with nicely made salsa and a Chef's special dip. I think the shell can be made a lil crispier than what was served to us. But it made a great appetizer to start with!
