This one which walked into my humble abode from Biriyani Depot was perfected up well with the quintessential Aloo and the boiled egg without which the shenanigans of the Kolkata Biriyani is mundane was just one of the Best I have tasted. The Kewra rosewater infused aromatic rice happily coupled up with the soft juicy melt in mouth mutton and danced the way to my heart with the goodness of delicately spiced fragrant Biriyani.
