#Burnt_Chilli_Garlic_Thecha_Pomfret, a whole pomfret was marinated in green chilly thecha and was grilled to perfection. The dips/sauces/puree and pickled vegetables used in plating complimented the spicy flavour of the pomfret. This simple marination and easiest cooking technique didn't hold back the dish from being the show stealer for the afternoon.
