Yes you guys heard it right..
Vrat me khane vala hi hai.
Sometimes people ask me, why so much food on vrat (fast) day.
For them my answer is "Please understand my emotions behind fasting"
I can't stay hungry all day, so i have my breakfast lunch and dinner on the day...

Recipe..
1 cup boiled meshed potatoes
Himalayan Salt, red chilli powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, coriander seeds n fennel seeds crushed, Garam masala, chopped green coriander, green chilli choped, ginger finely chopped. Mix everything.
Take a pan, heat groundnut oil.
Now take mirchi pakoda vali mirch. Stuff mirchi with potato mix.
For batter take 1 cup rajgiri aata (amaranth)
Make not so flowy batter, (like idli)
Add salt n chilli. (Make this batter just before frying, fl or Immediate use only)
Now coat stuff mirch with batter n deep fry.
If u left with batter, add chopped green Chillies and coriander, make simple pakoda.
Serve hot with green chutney.
