Chole were brown (yehi dil jit liya ye kudi ne), my MIL is brought up in Delhi so at our place I have always seen brown cholas without garlic & onion and having thickness of its own. #BohotHiWadhiya kudiyo. Chole were not very spicy yet flavorful. #Makkhan di sondi khusbu, Mann ko bha gayi. No traces of oil over the gravy, it was simply finger licking 😋
