Well obviously, baking isn't that easy but I did have found my love in it. It's kinda my stress relieving therapy, and I love doing it. After a lot of failed attempt and disaster's in my kitchen I did achieved my perfect brownie which was all worth the effort. The melt in the mouth texture of it. I swear I was more than happy to feel the taste of my own baked piece. Well, obviously I'm no perfect Baker, so pardon me for its irregular appearances. But my consistency of baking would surely make me work on that. And it's truly said "Consistency is what that transforms Average into Excellence"
